A Comparative Market Analysis (commonly referred to as a CMA) is market research that is undertaken by your agent to provide you, the vendor. With information relating to what properties similar to yours are currently listed for; and what recent sale prices were achieved

Recent property sales and current listings are indicative of the current market conditions and will have a strong bearing on the appraised price for your property.

The CMA will also provide you with invaluable information such as the number of days or whether there have been any price reductions on any properties that are currently listed.

A profile report for your suburb will also provide you with current information on what is happening with the property market in your own suburb.
